Refund policy

Digital Payment (Debit/Credit Card)
Order received from digital payment will be dispatched after payment confirmation.
HumDum can ask for details if our Payment Gateway Provider company requires it.
If Customer Order by using card and want to cancel order the payment return time is within 45 Days. 
Stitched Orders Can't Be returned or Cancel once confirmed.
Customer can cancel order anytime before its dispatched.


We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hum.dum.collection@gmail.com. Please note that exchange will need to be sent to the following address: [Office #84 Safina  block Azam cloth market Lahore, Pakistan]

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you new parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items or gift cards.
